Dhonielle Clayton is the New York Times Bestselling author of The Belles series, the co-author of Blackout, and the co-author of the Tiny Pretty Things duology (now a Netflix original series). She is Co-Founder of Cake Creative and COO of We Need Diverse Books, which seeks to increase representations of marginalized groups in children and young adult literature, and also the host of the podcast Deadline City.
